Requirements for Postdoctoral Candidates

1. Applicants who have or will soon graduate with a Ph.D., should have a research background in organic chemistry, and are proficient in the knowledge and skills related to organic synthetic chemistry.

2. Applicants should have a good grasp of the basic knowledge and frontier direction of the field.

3. Applicants should have the spirit of teamwork.

What we can offer

1. Postdoctoral fellows can enjoy various postdoctoral benefits at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, with an annual salary of 300,000 to 450,000 RMB (46,000 to 70,000 dollars). The annual salary can be negotiated for particularly outstanding candidates. In addition to the salary, annual incentives will be given according to the research contribution, progress and project application.

2. We will provide support for applying for "Postdoctoral Innovation Talent Support Program", Shanghai "Super Postdoctoral" and other talent projects.

3. We will assist you in settling down and provide postdoctoral apartment, social insurance, fund and other welfare treatment of working employees. The children can be enrolled in our affiliated schools.

4. During the postdoctoral period, those with outstanding performance can be promoted to the assistant professor position in SJTU.

博士后应聘要求

1. 申请者已经或即将博士毕业，具备有机化学或药物化学等领域研究背景，熟练掌握有机合成化学相关知识和技能。

2. 具有较强的英文文献阅读能力及中英文科技论文写作能力。

3. 对本领域基础知识和前沿方向有良好把握。

4. 对科研工作抱有热情，工作勤奋踏实，具备团队协作精神。

待遇

1. 博士后享受上海交通大学博士后各种福利待遇，年薪为30到45万（含课题组支持部分）。特别优秀者可以面谈。除薪资之外，将根据研究贡献、科研进展和项目申请等给予年度奖励。

2. 支持申报“博士后创新人才支持计划”、上海市“超级博士后”等各种博士后人才项目。

3. 协助办理落户；提供博士后公寓；享受社会保险，公积金等在职职工同等的福利待遇，其子女可入读我校附属学校。

4. 在站期间工作业绩突出者可推荐至海外知名课题组继续深造或推荐支持留组留校，担任助理研究员或副研究员职位。
